This conceptual redesign of the NJ Transit app rethinks a necessary tool for most New Jersey commuters. The crazy commutes to the city (New York City) sparked this idea of mine to pitch a concept of easing the stress of public transportation. The original experience was clunky, unclear, and easy to lose trust in. My redesign focuses on making things feel intuitive and dependable again … something that actually eases the public transportation experience, not complicates it.
